To take part in activities, you should be in good health, (contact us if you have concerns), be suitably equipped and

dressed for booked activities.

A booking does not enable priority access to any future bookings.

The activities are designed for a specific number of people. If the number of clients is above the maximum number, the instructor can refuse the additional people. This denial can’t be considered as a modification or a cancellation of the contract. The whole activity will be due for payment by the client.

The instructor will assess whether or not a programme may take place. They will consider the weather,

the snow conditions and the ability of the participants.

Apart from the legal liability insurance, our services do not include personal insurance.
